Refund Policy
All sales are final unless the customer receives a damaged product caused by shipping related issues.
If you received a damaged product due to suspected shipping issues:

Pre-orders may be cancelled if the request is made two weeks before the projected shipping date. Refunds are not validated until it is confirmed in writing by an employee. Also if there are mistakes in counting stock quantities, refunds may be issued in such circumstances.
Issued refunds are to our discretion and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. More information can be found on our shipping policy.
Return Policy
We do not currently accept returns unless directly returned from customs.
This is due to the nature of our products being easily degraded by improper storage techniques or the possibility of them tampered with.
